  The high quality of customer service provided by Karen Jameson’s State Farm office surpassed my expectations. It was Easter Sunday and we were 75 miles from home when our car quit on the highway. I called Karen’s number for help since I had no local contact information. She arranged for a tow truck to pick us up and for a car to get us home. Over Independence holiday weekend, I realized I didn’t have a current copy of my insurance card. Again, I called Karen. She went into the office and emailed me a temporary card. When events changed in my life, Karen contacted me and helped me identify the correct insurance and financial solutions to meet my needs. State Farm ads say they are there when we need them the most. I can honestly say this is certainly true for Karen Jameson’s office.

  My wife and I have had coverage under State Farm since 1997, and have had Karen as our agent for at least the last 15 years. She is top notch professional, doesn't try to sell you on something you don't need, is very knowledgeable, and cares about her community. Her office staff are very friendly and have always been courteous, helpful and up to date with our coverage. It's nice to call and have someone recognize who you are. With Karen, and her folks, you are not just another number in their portfolio of clients.
